Shadowlake is one of Houston's most successful new home communities. Shadowlake features a 65 acre lake, fully landscaped esplanades with fountains, and two sparkling pools. Development of the residential portion of the Shadowlake project began in 1994. Shadowlake has been named a model by the Harris County Flood Control District in a recent study of the Brays Bayou watershed. Shadowlake has also joined with the MUD 359 district to promote the area for the enjoyment of all its residents.

The community is located in the heart of Houston, just 8 miles west of the Galleria. The community is also located next door to the Houston Police Department. Most of the greater Houston area is easily accessible since our community is just minutes away from the new Westpark Tollway, Sam Houston Tollway, Highway 59, Interstate 10, and Highway 6.
